We have great payment terms for our subcontractors.

Payments are issued according to the terms outlined in your subcontractor agreement. Most projects require invoices to be submitted with supporting documentation, such as timesheets, material receipts, or progress updates. Once approved, payments are released on the next scheduled pay cycle.

On Federal projects, we are required to pay our subcontractors within 10 days of receiving payment.

We offer general contracting services for our Federal & Commercial customers. Our primary business is Federal Government contracting.

We are a certified HUBZone and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Small Business that is registered in SAM and with the SBA for government contracting.

We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured company domiciled in the state of Wyoming.

We operate in 49 of the 50 states and all U.S. territories. We do not operate in New York State.

Yes! We hold many current and former government service contracts where both emergency and urgent repair services are required.

Yes. All subcontractors must carry valid liability insurance, and depending on the trade, workers’ compensation and other coverage may also be required. Proof of coverage must be provided before work begins and kept up to date.

You will be assigned a project manager or coordinator who serves as your main contact. They can help with scheduling, materials, scope clarification, safety requirements, and any issues that arise on site.

To get started on a project, we require a completed subcontractor application, proof of insurance, relevant licenses or certifications, and a W‑9. Additional trade‑specific documents may be requested depending on the scope of work.
