TSA Custodial Services Contract
In 2020, Panacea was awarded a 5-year contract for the janitorial cleaning services for 13 training labs at the TSA Canine Training Center in San Antonio, Texas.
However, that is not the end. Panacea submitted a bid for the new 5-year contract and was awarded it a second time. Panacea is currently in our 6th year of providing exceptional janitorial services for the 116,500 square foot compound.

For the past five years, Panacea Construction Group LLC has successfully executed the janitorial services contract for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Canine Training Center (CTC) at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. The janitorial services contract covered a total of approximately 116,500 square feet across 13 canine training labs at Lackland Air Force Base. These facilities included a mix of concrete, epoxy, and vinyl composition tile (VCT) flooring, as well as carpeted areas and mock restrooms, requiring specialized cleaning techniques to maintain TSA’s stringent cleanliness and safety standards.
Due to Panacea’s consistent performance and reliability, the TSA awarded Panacea an additional five-year contract, reaffirming trust in our ability to maintain high-security, mission-critical facilities to exacting standards. Panacea is continuing our exemplary custodial services at this facility through September 2030.
