The Lincoln JOC Contract
In 2019, Panacea was awarded a 5-year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), JOC Contract. Under this contract, Panacea completed more than 50 distinct projects, totaling just over $14 million.
Task orders included repair and maintenance of real property, repair and replacement of HVAC, water, sewer systems, paving, roofing, interior and exterior painting, ceiling repairs and replacements, repair or replacement of floor coverings, renovations, refurbishing, civil works, electrical repairs involving all of the building crafts and trades.
Replacement of Failed Chiller
