Panacea Construction Group LLC provided comprehensive Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) services for Robins Air Force Base, delivering full‑scope municipal solid waste collection, recyclable materials processing, scrap‑metal yard operations, and disposal services in strict accordance with all requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, and applicable federal, state, and DoD regulations. Panacea won and completed their first 5.5-year contract for Robins AFB in March of 2024. Upon completion of that contract, Panacea bid on the contract when it came out again in 2024 and was again awarded the 5.5-year contract. The project required Panacea to furnish all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, containers, and supervision necessary to execute continuous base‑wide waste management operations across industrial, administrative, residential, and flight line environments. Panacea established and maintained all collection routes, schedules, and container placement plans, ensuring uninterrupted service to mission‑critical facilities and maintaining compliance with Air Force sanitation, vector‑control, and environmental standards. All work was performed in accordance with DoD waste diversion goals, QRP requirements, and the FAR 52.212‑4 Commercial Items inspection framework.
