Panacea Construction Group maintains and repairs 34 boilers and their associated mechanical systems at the Army Natick Soldier Systems Center, delivering a full lifecycle service that combines scheduled preventive care, rapid-response troubleshooting, and capital repair/replacement capability.  Panacea conducts preventive maintenance on each boiler three times per year, performing comprehensive inspections, combustion tuning, burner and refractory checks, water‑chemistry testing, safety‑device verification, control and sensor calibration, gasket and valve replacement, lubrication, and functional performance testing to ensure reliable heat generation and code‑compliant operation.  Beyond routine PMs, Panacea staffs an on‑call roster that provides immediate support during regular hours and overtime/emergency periods; technicians mobilize with stocked parts, diagnostic instruments, and technical manuals to isolate faults, implement temporary bypasses or shoring when required for mission continuity, and complete definitive repairs or system restorations on site.
